The existing tools:overrideLibrary is actually located here: https://github.com/element-hq/element-android/blob/main/vector/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml#L57.
Better to add new override there.

This is a Jitsi version upgrade to make Element Android compatible with the 16KB page size alignment restriction added by Google on new app versions.
Fixes #9041.
